Duties & Responsibilities- Drive customer acquisition- Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues- Shall be responsible for customer product training, internal sales team trainings and presentations- Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles- Provide data and guides to help the sales team- Develop and monitor performance indicators- Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information- Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches- 5 Days Working- General Day Shift- Freshers can also apply
