Job Description

  • Fashion- Public Relation Executive
  • LOCATION:- JANGIR PURI DELHI
  • Key Responsibility Area
    • The candidate will act as a liaison between the brand and the PR agency
    • They will build the companys PR by using their interpersonal and communication skills with different stylists and influential people of the industry.
    • The person will be responsible to curate and arrange PR gifts according to the recipient aligning with the brand image and aesthetics
    • Planning, developing and implementing PR strategies
    • The person will pitch in ideas for various PR activities and strategies and will be responsible to carry those out effectively.
    • liaising with, and answering enquiries from media, individuals and other organizations, often via telephone and email
    • researching, writing and distributing press releases to targeted media
    • collating and analyzing media coverage
    • writing and editing in-house magazines, case studies, speeches, articles and annual reports
    • organizing events including press conferences, exhibitions, open days and press tours
    • maintaining and updating information on the organizations website
    • Managing and updating information and engaging with users on social media sites such as Twitter and Face book etc.
    • Sourcing and managing speaking and sponsorship opportunities
    • Commissioning market research
    • Fostering community relations through events such as open days and through involvement in community initiatives
    • Managing the PR aspect of a potential crisis situation.
    • Youll be expected to network and socialize with clients, the media and colleagues to build and maintain relationships.
    Requirements:
    • Candidate should be well groomed
    • Must have good communication skills
    • Graduation or equivalent
    • Must be a public speaker
    • Must be effective and efficient
    • Must be able to manage end-to-end project
