Job DescriptionArrives to work in a timely manner to ensure that aquatics areas are in good running order and that you are at the stand as scheduled Responds quickly and efficiently in emergency situations or unusual circumstances Communicates effectively in all situations using a style that builds relationships and promotes teamwork Enforces waterpark policies Helps manage challenges and concerns and ensures correction of same, or prevention of recurrence, with diligent follow up behavior Reviews MOD daily reports before start of each shift During each shift, is prepared to act or perform any of the following: checks each department upon arrival to assess any special needs particular to that day; implements effective risk management practices to manage leaks, spills, equipment malfunction, bio-hazard waste etc., using safety measures and protective equipment; practices first in/last out security measures to lock down and alarm the facility; ensures each department is adequately staffed; monitors each department s needs with regular rotations through the facility; carries a walkie-talkie and responds promptly when called; ensures opening and closing procedures and reports are followed and completed by each department; exhibits willingness to step in to assist any Team Member in any department, as needed Attends and participates in all scheduled MOD meetings Attends and participates in all Customer Service Training Presents the facility to guests and prospective members as needed with the intent to sell memberships Delivers outstanding service to our members, guests, and fellow team members within and outside the parameters of the position Ensures assigned shifts are covered prior to taking leave Ensures ongoing familiarity with acac programs to manage questions and communicate knowledgeably to acac members and guestsSalary 2 Lac To 3 Lac P.A.
