    Role Overview:As a Mercury Business Advisor Assistant Director at EY, you will be a key member of a high-performing team responsible for driving the regions overall financial performance and ensuring excellent service delivery. Your role will involve managing a multicultural team based in the US, Poland, and India, focusing on providing front-line support to client handlers throughout the engagement process. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in innovation, people management, service delivery, and continuous improvement within the team.Key Responsibilities:- Ensure an excellent client server experience and deliver high-quality service.- Foster positive and collaborative relationships with Onshore and GDS Markets Finance teams.- Maintain good relationships with support functions and understand risk and tax implications.- Lead a high-performing team, provide one-on-one counseling, and drive recruitment efforts.- Collaborate with other Market Finance Leaders to strengthen the teams skillset.- Drive continuous improvement by shaping new solutions and implementing best practices.- Use analytical skills to identify trends, monitor performance, and provide management information reporting.- Keep key stakeholders informed of any issues or insights.Qualification Required:To qualify for this role, you must have:- Proven people management experience and inclusive leadership skills.- Excellent written and oral presentation skills.- Experience in building credibility and trust with key stakeholders.- A proactive approach to work and the ability to anticipate business needs.Additional Details of the Company:EY aims to build a better working world by creating long-term value for clients, people, and society while building trust in the capital markets.
