Job Description. i. Dispense medicine to the patient as prescribed by the doctor. ii.Ensure 100% adherence to the SOP with regards to medicines and consumables on the Mobile Medical Unit. iii.Maintain daily records of medicine and consumables Indent Usage. iv.Will raise stock indent when stock level reaches 40% of holding and intimate minimum 15 days prior to the required v.Ensure that the medicine and consumables stock is stored properly and in a clean manner as per the SOP. vi.Check for and record expiry date of medicines and consumables on the Mobile Medical Unit. vii.Proper maintenance of Medical Equipment s on the Mobile Medical Unit. viii.Submit monthly medicines stock record to HO no later than 25th of the month through the Team Leader/ Manager.,
