Job Description

Mandatory skills -

  • Pre sales experience in EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) space for atleast 8+ years
  • Knowledge of EAM domain i.e. Work and Asset Management, procurement, inventory Management, Planning, Contracting and work scheduling.
  • Industries experience in at least 3 of the followings Industries:Utilities, Energy, Manufacturing, Transportation, Construction, Tech, Government, Aerospace, Health and life sciences.
  • Hands-on with any 2 EAM products i.e. Maximo, IFS, ABB Ellipse, SAP EAM,, Oracle EAM, etc.
  • Experience in generating leads on at least 4-5 Implementation and consulting Projects
  • Can define Go-To-Market strategy for EAM solution based on the industry type and geo
Other skills -
  • Worked on at least 4 EAM Implementation projects in the capacity of business/domain Consultant with at least 3-4 transformation engagements
  • Should be capable enough to participate actively in client workshops, business requirements gathering meetings, can conducted To- Be solution workshops independently, Involved in EAM product fitment analysis
  • Should have experience in maintenance process- such as familiarity of asset management, work management, procurement processes
  • Must have functional understanding of Work planning, work scheduling, Asset registrar, GIS and work dispatch functions
  • Should have worked with maintenance organization and should know the at least one value chain i.e. generation, transmission and distribution
  • Good to have thorough understanding of EAM Processes, Asset Performance Management, predictive maintenance, EAM applications and business use, prevalent industry trends and Maintenance best practices for Maintenance & reliability function
  • Exposure to regulatory framework and energy audit, smart meter is advantageous
  • Should have worked in large size Maximo RFP response (> $ 2M ) Can independently present RFP response and do estimation independently.
  • Proven experience as a functional consultant and capable of conducting workshops, focused discussions, interviews and requirement gathering workshop with client and business SMEs.
  • Should be able to document the requirement in business specification requirement documents and functional specification for Enterprise Asset Management
  • Should be able to spearhead the engagement from solution architecture and functional solution perspective
  • Should be able to suggest and demonstrate the best practices and guide customer for appropriate solution as per their requirement.
  • Provide feedback on application uptake and acceptance by users
  • Should have excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong track record of thriving in challenging roles and can excel in highly pressurized environments.
  • Ability to design based on an Industry standard platform.
  • Ability to identify product gaps with reference to specified requirements on specific solution modules.
  • Contribute as a team member in the estimation process.
  • Able to define/review the solution architecture on multiple Industry standard platforms.
  • Able to identify product gaps with reference to specified requirements or review the same.
  • Able to independently lead/review effort and resource estimation processes
  • AI, Automation, IOT and AR/VR is an added advantage.
  • Should have Knowledge working in Agile and DevOps.
