Job Description

    Process TrainerEvaluate employee s competencies as per job role and identify areas of training.Based on research, plan and implement training programs that will prepare employeesfor their store role and the next step of their career paths.Brainstorm, strategize and prepare Training calendar for Store teams.Ensure continuous improvement, maintenance, and adjustment in program deliveryapproaches accordingly to maintain pace with business growth.Supervise Content development and tech orientation including digital platforms fordelivery.Ensure the Communication of all the training programs on a time.Plan, Review & Implement training KPIs.Required Candidate profileHigh energy, strong work ethic, disciplined execution skills, willingness to roll up your sleeves to support company growth and profitability.Love to collaborate cross-functionally with various teams.Self-starter, exceptional communicator, and good at interpersonal skills.Flexible and adaptable to change and able to effectively function in a fluid environment.Thrives in a dynamic environment.Multi-tasking ability with strong Communication and Time Management skills.Demonstrate strong business understanding with a flair for retail.Good knowledge of overall L&D function & soft skills in content creation.Strong business acumen and sensitivity toward each brand s essence.Tech Savvy and thorough with digital channels of training delivery.Effective listening & communications skills and Assertive personality.Ability to do an objective review of individuals and stores.Strong in devising need-based interventions.Education & Experience Required:Minimum 4 years of experience in designing & delivering a training function.Sharp mind with the ability to understand business linkages.Proven track record of training delivery and creating training content.Explicit examples of training interventions for creating quality benchmarks and bettering performance.
