Arrange Backup training as per the process requirement. TNI refresher training to increase the quality & sales. To Conduct Refresher training on floor for agents to update them with new and old products & process Conducting Dip check on daily basis to improve the quality of the process Ability to handle 20 - 25 members training batch. Qualification & Other Key requirements: Must be Graduate. Must have hands on experience in imparting sales training. Should be mature enough to handle work with minimal supervision.
