To realize our mission of facilitating better health for every Indian , were looking for fiercely passionate people who can leverage their talents to bravely take on creative , disruptive endeavors.What Youll Do Interact , collaborate and connect with design , engineering and operations teams as well as external partners to bring products to life Analyze competitive strategies through analysis of related products Work with product managers to analyze data and probe deeper on key hypothesis with minimal guidance Support product managers in identifying and defining the product requirements through discovery sessions , data analysis and market research Anticipate roadblocks in product development , take informed and calculated risks Understand products and systems to help debugging for discrepancies during product releases Rapidly test and iterate products to drive key business metrics What Were Looking For You are expected to have a strong analytical bent and be comfortable with mining data , putting the necessary analysis to use to uncover insights You should be energetic and willing to learn , understand technology and excel in a fast paced and cross functional environment While we recognize that there is not one path to becoming a great Product Analyst , we generally look for: Education: Bachelors or Masters in an analytical or technical field; BE in Computer Science or related fields preferred Experience: 6 months to 1 year of product analyst , data analyst or engineering experience in web , mobile , big data platforms or consulting Skills: Working knowledge of excel , word and preferably databases (SQL , MySQL) What Is In Store An opportunity to work on an exciting product An open set - up where you can try new things Market - premium salary plus lucrative stock options Flexible working hours and supportive team Generous perks and benefits,
