Job Description

    Position Summary: Scheduling & Procurement is at core of SCM function for smooth running of Assembly & various Production lines. A High performing, Self-starter having a positive and Proactive approach on overall basis towards the SCM function and own responsibility is required to ensure timely forecasting, planning, Scheduling, Tracking, Monitoring supplier performance & Escalation (if necessary) for a commodity / commodities of parts for effective discharge of SCM responsibility.Education Qualifications : B.E/ B Tech. MBA in Operations / Supply chain will be preferredWork Experience : 5-7 YearsPreferred Industry: Automobile/ Mass Manufacturing IndustryJob Responsibilities Independently Planning, scheduling and procurement of selected Auto parts / Commodity with DWM approach Analyze and Identify the constraints / risks in own supply chain & address / Mitigate the same with appropriate strategy within guidelines To Support in achieving WCQ levels of Plant & exceed SLT score than the target. To Conduct monthly Inventory ageing analysis & maintain optimum Inventory levels and achieve the ZBW based targets. To eliminate / reduce the Non Moving Inventory by salvaging / alternate consumption To Track and Monitoring supplier performance & Escalate the same (if necessary) To Ensure adherence to approved SOB and recommend for changes / corrections if necessary To work on Effective & Efficient ECN Management to avoid fresh Obsolescence generation Strict Adherence to all Safety Standards in organization as well ensuring with TML Suppliers To support Warehousing in E2E reconciliation every quarter to avoid any kind of discrepancy. To Support implementation of ongoing and new Cost Reduction initiatives in plant with new ideas if any.
