Job Description

What were looking for:

You will work as Delivery Manager acts as an authority on understanding clients overall business and in positioning Citrix Consulting Services for successful implementations with a focus on supporting and developinginstilling these behaviors within their direct reports.

You will also responsible for recruiting, managing and providing feedback to Consulting Business partners that the team works with at the local region.

Position Summary -

The Services Delivery Manager oversees internal and customer-facing consulting engagements of large size andor high degree of complexity. The role is responsible for influencing Citrix s positioning and orientation within the client organization to ensure successful implementations andor new business development. During consulting engagements, the Delivery Manager helps minimize project risks working cross-functionally and cross-company to eliminate resource challenges and engage key stakeholders. The Delivery Manager is also responsible for maintaining project profitability, consultant s utilization and Customer Project satisfaction

Roles Responsibilities

  • Leads projects andor teams (2-4 people) with high level of complexity or risk (i.e. high mission- criticality, Strategic Sales Initiative)
  • Determine project resourcing plans, including internal and contract resources
  • Monitor projects to ensure completion within defined schedule, budget, and quality parameters
  • Support sales and business development by writing andor reviewing proposals, scopes of work, and developing delivery estimates and resource requirements
  • Conduct regular 1-on-1 sessions with team members and provide relevant feedback and updates to team members and upper management
  • Influences Citrix s positioning and orientation within the client organization to ensure successful implementations andor new business development
  • Takes full responsibility for overall execution and delivery of critical tasks or projects, including logistical, operational and administrative aspects.
  • Minimizes project risks by working cross-functionally and cross-company to eliminate resource challenges and engage key stakeholders
  • Ensures key targets such as revenue, project profitability, consultant utilization is met on a Qtlry and yearly basis
  • Provides leadership for internal initiatives, including development of Field Workshops, Partner Training, Citrix conference presentations, and best practices development.

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)

  • Prior experience with people-management and mentorship in a direct andor matrix reporting capacity
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large, complex or multiple projects, while meeting deadlines, producing high quality deliverables and creating high customer satisfaction
  • Long term planning horizon and strategic mindset
  • Excellent planning, relationship building, problem solving, and communication skills
  • Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, planning, and organization skills
  • Ability, initiative and accountability to manage and develop client relationships
  • When required, ability to arrangesell work - write Statements Of Work; demonstrated ability to expand our rolescope of work at a client
  • Demonstrated the ability to build talent and seek opportunities for others andor put them in positions to succeed
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce and Professional Services Automation tools
  • Requirements (Education, Certification, Training, and Experience)

    • Degree of Computer ScienceEngineering from an accredited polytechnicuniversity or equivalent experience
    • 2-5 years experience in managing teams.
    • Previous experience in managing infrastructure projects.
    • Excellent customer service and solid technology, consulting, and project delivery skills
    • Existing, or willing to acquire, technical skills in Citrix products and technologies
    • Positive customer service attitude
    • Willing to travel up to 80% of the time round India and ASEAN countries
    • Previous experienced with Project Management techniques and methodologies (PMPAgile)
