Project Manager1. Job Purpose: Project Manager shall be responsible for liaising with states and unionterritories for smooth roll out of various project tracks. This shall include coordination ofinitialization of data in various applications, coordinating training and acting as a interfacebetween development team and O&M team. The Project Manager shall also help HeadSolution Delivery and Head Operations & Maintenance in monitoring of various outstandingtasks and contribute in timely completion of various activities.2. Job Roles & Responsibilities:Manage full SDLC projects. Create project GANTT Chart, PERT Charts on all thetracks. Coordinate with all the various tracks of software development and ensure strictcompliance to timelines. Create, Update, Manage, Report key Metrics & Plans, Reportsregularly. Monitoring and controlling all changes to project requirements anddeliverablesDaily reporting of project progress with aggressive handling of projectsLead training of all the ICT applications developed and to be deployed. There will be lotof travel required for imparting training in the field.Experience in handling mobile/web app development projects is a must. Ability to leadmultiple projects (4-6 projects).Clearly define Goals, Objectives, Deliverables, Strategies and Priorities, Level of effort,Resources and projected Project cost and create Plans to implement them.Strong on Processes with the ability to refine/tune as per the Clients ProcessesServe as primary POC for ECI, engage with the ECI understanding ECI Culture, People,and ProcessesCoach and mentor Team members on Technology, Client business, Processes andExpectationsExpertise in PHP, iOS, Android, HTML5, CSS3, and other mobile/Webframeworks/accelerators Proven ability to design, optimize and integrate businessprocesses across disparate systems and mobile technologies Experience with mobileanalyticsDemonstrated deployments of an enterprise or consumer-facing mobile/web softwaresystems using industry standard environments including Web, iOS, Android, (ApacheCordova).Experience with PHP, MariaDB/ MySQL, Java, HTML5/JS/CSS3A thorough understanding of OOP, design patterns, Web development, iOS, Android,and enterprise in mobile application integrationExcellent analysis skills and the ability to develop processes and methodologies3. Required Skills & Experience, Qualification:Essential:Bachelor s degree in IT/ Computer Applications from a recognized university /InstituteOver 7-12 years of experience in the IT function of large organizations preferablyin a CMM Level 5/ Big IT consulting firm.Proven record of leading a large team consisting of IT and technology softwareand hardware expertsProven record implementing technology specific systems and solutions acrossmultiple areas of a single organizationProven experience in managing programs that consist of differentinter-dependent projects with diff implementation cycles, partners and models.Experience in Vendor management, change management in designing thestructure and/or executing those programs in an organizationDesirable:Masters in Business Administration/ Management programmes from leadingManagement institutesPMP (Project Management Professional) Certification or equivalent preferredExperience in e-Gov domain/ public sector process automation.4.
