Job Description

Urgent Opening for Project Sales Manager( Govt Tender Sales ) in elevator Industry for Group of CompaniesLocation : Delhi NCRKey Responsibilities:

  • Developing cordial relationship with Contractors, PMCs, Government Departments and major Architects thus generating enquirer.
  • Offer submission along with technical deviation if any.
  • Site visit along with installation team for site checking, any site related issue observations, alteration in shaft.
  • Planning and meeting with contractors for Technical clarification, Site related observations and tentative Material delivery plan discussion.
  • Scheduling meetings senior for price negotiation, payment term finalization, material delivery finalization for major projects.
  • meeting for technical & commercial deviation, material delivery, installation and site observation discussion.
  • Bid documents preparation, price estimation and online/ offline tender documents submission.
  • Timely PBG submission, Agreement sign, Bar Chart, Order booking, Coordinating with ESPD & operation team for site detail submission and following with design department for GA Drawing preparation and monitoring project till hand over.
  • Ensure EOT process if any, final handing over & Security deposit payment collection
