Job Description

Position: Purchase ManagerQualification: -Graduate/PGExp: - 10+yrs.Job location: - Delhi NCR-

  1. Purchase Manager is responsible for purchasing items required by different departments. 2. Vendor Management 3. He prepares Purchase Specification Sheet for all the items to be purchased in the hotel and place the order with supplier. 4. Responsible for the quality of the items; purchased and stored in the store. 5. Should be a good analytical person in terms of evaluating market prices and place order with the best available supplier; after evaluating his credential in the market, quality & quantity of materials and best possible rates. 6. Takes decision about discarding materials from the store, if these have crossed expiry date. 7. He should coordinate well with the HOD of different departments in terms of purchase requisition placed by the departments and issue by the stores against them. Etc Etc
