    Job DescriptionThe job as a Regional Manager (RM) at Rocksport is the highest position with the responsibility of leading sales and operations for schools in the given region. This leadership position holds responsibility of guiding, managing and leading team of over 20 people.The Regional Manager is responsible for the daily sales activities of sale team who visit schools, follow up with clients, share proposals and quotations to developing a strong market share of Rocksport programs in the given area. This role requires daily mentoring of team by visiting schools with them, leading the team in morning and evening huddles and conducting regular trainings for the team.The Regional manager also manages the operations to ensure the programs are delivered smoothly and client feedback is always excellent. This role will provides the beautiful opportunity to travel to various camps and be part of the on-ground operations.Regional manager at Rocksport is the pinnacle position for the school sales team in that region and hence requires to regularly network with various school owners and principals, attend conferences, organize events to invite school leadership and manage other marketing activities.Candidates will get the chance to work with the best and Asias largest adventure sports team in a job role that is spread across sales, marketing and operations. The role provides the candidate with massive exposure in the school education industry and is responsible to achieve the given revenue targets.Job Description1. Achieve the team sales target by following Rocksport Sales Process2. Assist in updating and maintaining the school list of assigned region3. Design proposals as per client requirements4. Participate and manage in public relation events and activities5. Work as part of the operations team in camps to ensure smooth delivery of programs 6. Provide 24 x 7 support to the team and clients.7. Maintain and update different types of records and files.8. Comply with all existing and new rules informed from time to timeSkills & Qualifications1. Minimum 5 yrs of experience in school sales (preferable in tour and travel) 2. Graduate (from any Stream)3. Ability to use Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook4. Good communication & presentation skills in local language5. Working ability of English Speaking & Skills6. Background of sports or other extracurricular activities7. Passion of travelling across India
