Job Description

    Dear Candidate,Greetings of the day!We are Hiring forRelationship ManagerJOB FUNCTIONS: List major job functions using simple task statements.
    • Build pipeline of all opportunities through account research, lead generation, call and email campaigns
    • Qualify and prospect customer leads from trials and marketing generated leads
    • Prepare activity and forecast reports as requested
    • Manage and grow revenue and market share at designated accounts to maximize customer satisfaction and achieve strategic objectives
    • Preparing client proposals & presentations
    • Preparing sales related reports including daily call reports, weekly reports, sales projection report, monthly sales plan etc.
    • Develop and maintain client relationships to ultimately drive revenue growth
    • To look at broader perspective, think through ideas and create solutions for clients via upselling & cross selling of various properties
    • Media Tracking to generate prospects
    KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIRED: State formal educational level and experience required for the job. State additional professional, technical or years of experience required.Education:
    • Graduate/Post Graduate
    EXPERIENCE (and other qualifications):
    • Total 3 to 4 years of experience.
    • Proficient in Written/Spoken English.
    • Experience from microfinance industry will be an added advantage.
