Job Description

Relationship Manager - Construction Finance (Tata Capital Housing Finance Ltd)o Meet & exceed business targets by acquiring new client relationships and maintaining them.o Identify developer funding opportunities from existing and new relationso Maintain number and volume turnover through a high level of customer engagement, thereby meeting & exceeding business targets through optimum product mix and quality of sourcingo Facilitate underwriting of CF proposals by conducting personal discussions with the developers and through physical inspection of the projects.o Collaborate with credit team on projects by projecting cash flows and financial viabilityo Coordinate with external interfaces like lawyers & valuers for technical and legal analysiso Coordinate with risk departments for developer funding proposals.o Proactively understand customer needs and structure loans as per the requirements ensuring smooth disbursemento Efficiently manage customer accounts for all pre and post sales activities like NOC, customer repayments, etc.o Display customer centricity by executing all customer interface processes within defined timelinesLocation :- Pune, Bangalore & Ahmedabad.
