Job Description

    * Duties and Responsibilities - The incumbent will be responsible for : Managing telecaling for the Credit Cards frontend portfolio thru outsourced vendors who have certified DRA TRAINED callers. Setting up the required infrastructure end to end vendor management. Costing targets manpower requirement in line with projected business volumes. Understanding of systems capability Dialer models infrastructure required to manage portfolio data management with tele calling Vendors. He/She should design viable business module for partner keeping in mind optimum cost of collection thru telecalling model. Need to design the operating strategy for call center s in concurrence from Head Collection -Payments and CCO. Expertise in dialer operation Dialer productivity management calling strategy management Vendor management inline to deliver the expected output. Able to prepare training module & train the partner/internal team the required changes on product front with regular briefing to agent /partner team. Quality parameters to be defined & continuous monitoring required to adhere as per RBI guideline on calling . Meeting the Target on Cost of Collections. Ensure adherence to the Code of Conduct. Effective customer handling on call /visit to resolve the customer escalations. Ensuring feedback in form of reason code gets documented in system and action taken on all cases on basis of the feedback captured. Ensuring audit queries are complied with ensuring corrective and preventive action. , * Minimum education requirement is Graduate. Call centre with dialler experience of minimum 3+ years in credit card collection. Demonstrated success & achievement orientation. People Management skills. Excellent communication skills. Negotiation Skills Driving results in a high performance environment. Ability to lead from the front. Excellent relationship skills. Affirmative in nature, Strong Leadership Skills, Clarity of thought and perseverance. Exceptionally high motivational levels and needs to be a self starter. Working knowledge of computers.
