    POSITION- Research AnalystLOCATION- Neeti Bagh, New DelhiWork From OfficeRole - Perform detailed research including industry research, transactions analysis, company and investor profile Creating research papers to understand the dynamics of various sectors, including value chain, strategy, key performance indicators, financials and precedent fund raise transactions Conduct sector mapping and perform detailed industry analyses for a variety of markets and channels Conduct market and competitive analysis and in-depth data analyses using advanced methods Assist teammates with creation of sectoral presentation materials Create charts, graphs, and presentations for leadership teams Work on several projects simultaneously with teams of professionals, both within the group and across the firm, including Directors and Associate, collaborating to develop and execute solutions Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely deliveryDesired Skills1.0-1.5 years of Financials research experience Strong skills in presentations, report writing, financial analysis and data management A critical thinker who can quickly evaluate and analyze companies and financial information Ability to conduct comprehensive research, data base searches and synthesize results Resourceful self-starter, able to work autonomously and as a team player High Degree of self-motivation & desire to learn Strong written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of databases such as VCC Edge Passionate about work / delivering value Complete ownership of work from end to endPrior ExposureCompany/Industry Research Investment Banking/Corporate FinanceWork EthicsWork for honour Client service / value orientation Adherence to timelines Conveniently Retrievable Documentation / Filing Attention to details Perseverance Enable knowledge base development and sharing Honesty and sincerity Team playerPooja ShahadeAssociate Talent Acquisition hidden_mobile hidden_email
