Wingify is a $23mn SaaS company that makes the market - leading A/B testing and conversion optimization platform VWO.com. With 4000 clients in 90 countries, Wingify has been profitable all its 10 years of existence and is now looking to grow to its next milestone of $50mn revenue (and beyond that to $100mn). To spearhead this growth, Wingify is keen on hiring a revenue strategist who provides direction, plans for and executes this vision of international expansion and growth.

Key responsibilities of the role:

  • Working alongside the CEO, you ll provide leadership in the areas of revenue optimization and business strategy.
  • You will provide leadership in revenue optimization, potential market discovery, inbound and outbound sales process optimization, partnership strategy, business strategy, account management strategy and as and when necessary, improving internal processes/tools in sales to maximize overall revenue for the company.
  • You will identify new revenue opportunities, plan for execution, communicate internally and then mentor its execution.
  • You will conceptualize and implement the go - to - market strategy for key target geographies.

Since this role is about revenue strategy, you will NOT be directly responsible for managing the sales team. You will be expected to work alongside the leaders in revenue teams to help implement the revenue growth plans.

  • You ve led or managed a team
  • You ve been an instrumental part of a growth - stage business
  • You are analytical and like solving problems from first principles

  • You have experience of business/sales strategy for international markets (US, Europe or Asia - Pacific)
  • You have experience of global selling
  • You have at least 10 years of experience with education from Tier - 1 institute
  • You have worked with a marketing tech product company
