Job Description

    As a Key Accounts Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in growing and developing existing clients through account-specific growth strategies. Your responsibilities will include:- Building strategic relationships with major customers to deliver high value and foster long-term loyalty.- Participating in new business pitches to C-Suite/Senior Executives and Group Purchasing Organizations.- Serving as the central point of contact for Key Accounts.- Driving alignment within the organization to ensure a customer-centric mode of operation and deliver the highest quality of services.- Championing and owning the account on various aspects such as strategy, business model, order to cash cycle, product usage, challenges, customer expectations, value creation, and total solutions approach.- Communicating account strategy through a Business Plan to align senior leadership within the company and mobilize resources accordingly.This is not a hard sales position; instead, you are expected to create value and position our companys portfolio strategically. Qualifications required for this role:- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain key business relationships both internally and externally.- Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a team-oriented environment.- Drive, assertiveness, and a results-oriented mindset.- Ready to take responsibilities and lead the territory with minimal supervision.- Minimum of 8 years and a maximum of 10 years of experience.- Graduate with strong academic credentials, preferably with a Masters in Business Administration from a renowned B School.You will be expected to travel up to 60% of the time for this role. As a Manager, you will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to the growth and success of our company.
