    • Should be working in cutting tool industry.
    • Should have good communication skills (verbal and written)
    • Should be selling to top management (Production head, Purchase head, CEO)
    • Should be achieving the sales target from his current organisation.
    • Should be capable of understanding the customer requirements well.
    • Should be a good team player.
    • Should understand the competitor activity and product, at customer and take quick actions.
    • Should understand the customer potential, company strong points.
