Job Description

    Essential Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Sales and Marketing, or a related field. A relevant masters degree is a plus. Proven experience in sales, preferably in a senior sales role, with a track record of success. Previous experience of 10 years as a sales trainer, preferably in the education field. Strong understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to adapt training content to the needs of a diverse sales team. Proficiency in using training tools and technologies. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to motivate and inspire sales professionals. Organizational and time management skills to manage training schedules effectively.Desired Profile: A solid background in sales with a successful track record.
