Job Description

  • As SCCM-Radia administrator, you are a key player in the IT department of an organization. By performing their duties with efficiency, you will reduce downtime and ensure consistent operations.
  • Innovative SCCM administrators can formulate long term strategies for proactive management of common issues.
  • A proactive approach can be vital in minimizing the possibilities of system breakdowns.
Important responsibilities of an SCCM admin are listed below:
  • Installing and configuring Radia Unified Endpoint Management tool and other related Infra management tools.
  • Monitoring Tool/application performance and troubleshooting issues.
  • Hand-on end to end support service expertise is required in tool management
  • Ensuring security and efficiency of Tool infrastructure.
  • Demonstrate expertise in scripting and SQL
  • Monitoring applications for managed users and systems
  • Deploying and managing the Configuration Manager client
  • Configuration of an operating-system deployment strategy by using SCCM
  • Implementing Endpoint Protection for managed PCs
  • Identifying and configuring methods for distribution and management of content used for deployments
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in installing and configuring Radia Unified Endpoint Management tool and other related Infra management tools.
  • Expertise in monitoring Tool/application performance and troubleshooting issues.
  • Hand-on end to end support service expertise is required in tool management
  • Proficient in ensuring security and efficiency of Tool infrastructure.
  • Required Hand-on experience in scripting and SQL
