Job Description

With over 1.6 million members globally, including the UK, India, Germany, and France, we aim to make data-driven decisions to support SMEs effectively.**Key Responsibilities:**- Design, develop, and execute robust automated and manual test cases to ensure software quality and reliability.- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.- Develop and maintain automation frameworks using JavaScript - Cypress and Flutter using Patrol for web and mobile applications.- Drive end-to-end (E2E) testing efforts for complex user workflows and system integrations.- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery and rapid releases.- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, providing quality insights and feedback.- Contribute to enhancing team testing practices and standards.- Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices in automation and quality assurance.- Stay updated on industry knowledge, trends, and competitors.**Qualifications Required:**- Strong experience in software testing with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software.- Proficiency in JavaScript - Cypress for building and maintaining automation test suites.- Experience with Flutter automation testing or other mobile automation frameworks.- Deep understanding of end-to-end (E2E) testing strategies and best practices.- Familiarity with Agile environments and active participation in sprint planning and retrospectives.- Integration of automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.- Ability to identify, analyze, and troubleshoot complex defects.- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.- Knowledge of Patrol mobile automation testing framework is a plus.- Passion for continuous learning and process improvement in quality assurance.At Tide, we offer a competitive salary along with benefits such as self & family health insurance, term & life insurance, WFH setup allowance, privilege leaves, casual leaves, sick leaves, and stock options.
