Demonstrated track record of successfully leading complex design projects for brands and businesses- office spaces, retail and hotels. Ability to lead and manage multiple projects from concept design stage to completion while maintaining timelines,budgets and high standard of quality. Ability to maintain complete ownership of all project related documentation and responsible for co-ordination of all stakeholders involved in the execution up to project completion. Proven ability to manage client expectations and build on existing relationships for long term partnerships and repeat business A recognized leader with the ability to articulate vision and values; create and adopt new ways of thinking and working; engage and motivate at all levels within the organization; and maintain a creative, collaborative, productive and positive work environment 12 or more years of experience in interior design,
