This includes providing advice on the selection of hardware and software, developing cost-effective solutions, and managing the deployment of these solutions.The Senior Consultant is also responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for the clients IT infrastructure. This includes monitoring the performance of the system, identifying potential problems, and providing solutions. The Senior Consultant is also responsible for developing and maintaining documentation related to the IT infrastructure, such as system diagrams, network diagrams, and system configurations.
