Job Description

    About the role:In this role, as the Client Partnership & Growth (CP&G) Senior Executive, you will be responsible for the setup, testing, execution of various operations processes and tasks. These processes will require you to use different internal and external tools. You will work with your manager to ensure a smooth work delivery and seamless end user experience.What youll do:
    • Ensure day to day Ops activities are executed smoothly, meeting defined service level agreements (SLAs).
    • Marketing Campaign Setup (Emails, Banners, Push, SMS s) including but not limited to:
      • Working with Business Users
      • Make HTML updates
      • Ensuring QA of emails
      • Creating workflows, journey s that range from simple to complex in nature, including AB testing and automation
      • Sending proofs and final emails
      • Drive display marketing setup, testing, and deployment of push notifications
    • Work with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues that arise.
    • Work on certain ad-hoc or special projects under supervision of Ops Manager
    • Ensure accuracy of tasks delivered
    • Leverage tools such as JIRA, Tableau, Google suite and other cloud based platforms for work management and delivery.
    Must Have:
    • 2+ years of operations experience
    • Salesforce Marketing Cloud
    • Ability to manage multiple service requests at the same time in a fast-paced environment
    • Passion for technology, data, process and problem solving
    • Excellent verbal and written communicator
    • Detail oriented and diligent
    Nice to Have
    • Shopify experience
    • Prior B2C experience
    • Basic skill in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheet
