Job Description

    Deal Strategy-Senior Manager- Commercial Due Diligence (CDD), - Deal Advisory/ M&A Consulting with strong Research background, Survey Tools, Building & managing large teams.- Strategy and Consulting- Mergers & Acquisitions- MBA (premier B-Schools preferred)The candidate should : - Have experience in transaction or operations due diligence, due diligence, Integration planning and tracking support, Divestiture management, operational and performance improvement, strategic growth, or other relevant strategy experience- Be able to evaluate the clients operations with limited amount of data- Be able to understand financial statements and the impact of cost levers on clients business- Have strong data modeling skills- Have strong business acumen, with analytical and problem solving skills and ability to understand how business model decisions impact operating model design/ execution across operations, technology, risk governance and organizational design- Be able to make a business case for capex investments- Have an understanding of various facets of mergers, acquisitions and divestiture transactions- Have experience in planning for integration/separation of various front office and back office functions- Have strong project management skills and the ability to work in a high pressure deals environment- Have excellent communication and consulting skills,
