Description We are seeking a talented and dynamic Senior Manager Quantity Surveyor & Procurement, Commercial Interiors Division. Buildkonnects client is a leader in design and technology with a team of 1000 members pan India. Our client is looking for a Senior Manager Quantity Surveyor & Procurement, NCR region for their new business vertical ( Commercial, focusing on Office sector as well as retail and hospitality) . They are very specifically looking for an experienced and confident person with the technical expertise of interior fitout projects. The incumbent will be managing the costing and estimation of all the projects for the region. This role will require good communication and coordination skills to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders. Overseeing preparation of BOQ estimates based on set drawings and further preparing a detailed budget for the same. Managing and guiding the team of junior QS professionals during the course of pre contract and execution phase. Monitoring and controlling the cost of projects from concept to completion. Running periodic analysis on the status of projects with respect to cost and review for alternative solutions to manage project budgets. Maintaining all the documents for total compliance related to design, contractors, legal and other matters as per company standards. Key Requirements to Success: QS professional with minimum 8-10 years of experience of managing commercials and contracts in building construction industry. Relevant experience of managing procurement for commercial Interior fit-out projects. Diploma or degree in quantity surveying/ construction management or a related discipline. Knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs and services. Tech-savvy, and have experience in successfully adopting digital and technology initiatives. Ability to work in a fast paced environment without compromising on quality and customer satisfaction. Have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.,
