Wingify is looking for a numbers driven, highly motivated and action oriented Senior Paid Marketing Manager to achieve our performance and brand marketing objectives through a variety of paid media channels managing end- to- end research, implementation, optimization and reporting.What you do: Managing day- to- day ad operations for Wingify paid marketing accounts including optimization, taking feedback from various business teams and coming up with new campaign ideas.Creating and expanding on new platforms/ campaigns as and when necessary and doing cross platform optimization keeping growth and ROI in tandem, with responsibilities around keyword research, creating high converting campaign structure, understanding what makes/ creating a good landing page and good ad copies basis customer behavior, understanding how code placement works and when are various tools required including GTM and GA and be able to navigate effortlessly around ad platform interfaces etc.Keeping a check on the entire user journey after conversion in ad platform to their opportunity creation and closing and retention to ensure all data hygiene is in place and to see their lifetime value and optimizing accordingly.Who you are You have a minimum of 3 years (ideal 5 years) of paid marketing experience of managing search and display campaigns across various platforms like adwords, bing, facebook, linkedin and doubleclick.You have built, run and optimized campaigns for a minimum monthly ad spends of USD 20K (ideally USD 50K ) including both domestic and international target audience.You have run campaigns catering to a variety of business and marketing objectives including lead generation, brand awareness and user engagement with strong focus on maximizing ROI through continuous optimization and regular feedback with key stakeholders.You live and breathe numbers and are fanatical about understanding how multi- channel revenue attribution works.You understand MQLs, SALs, SQLs in context of a B2B company and can work with sales and customer success teams to design campaigns to best serve their needs.You can work around your way most modern marketing automation and CRM solutions e.g. Hubspot, Eloqua, Marketo, Salesforce etc.,
