Job Description

    1) Processing PO invoices both External and Internal vendors2) WorkingCo-ordinating with buyers on PO issues like quantity and unit prices in time to avoid escalations3)Processing Non PO invoices. Sending emails to Approver to approve invoice to process in books3) Uploading Posted invoice copies to AX on daily basis4) Preparation and review of Detailed Unmatched report on daily basis and take necessary actions to reduce unmatched amount at minimum level and clean the unmatched prior month receipts.5)Reviewing of AP Group mail Box in time and process the invoices without getting the escalation mails from Corporate6) Handing External vendor payments ACHWiresChecks7)Processing Serengeti legal batch invoices8) Preparing Month end reconciliation reports9)Minimum Excel knowledge is mandatoryKnowledge in ERP i.e. (Navision & D365) is added advantageGood co-ordination with Foreign entities & associates through email or con-call.QualificationsExposure in MNC - Manufacturing Company with 6-7 years experience & currently working as Process Associate/Sr. Process AssociateKnowledge of basic accounting standards & accounting rulesMaturity & ability to function independently with minimal supervision.Educational Qualifications: M.COM/M.B.A-Finance/ CA-Inter
