Bachelor s Degree required (BCA, BE, BTech, BS). Master s Degree preferred (MA, MTech, MS, MCA) Minimum 2-5 years of experience in survey programming(Confirmit). Hands on experience in Confirmit Scripting with detailed knowledge across conjoint analysis/quotas/reporting, etc. Align client and development teams around common measurable deliverables. Possess exceptional data understanding and analytical mindset. Comfortable with team and client interactions, providing technical best practices, and identifying optimal technical solutions. Provide thought leadership and technical expertise to clients, stakeholders, and team members. Consistent communications (phone/email) with clients for iterative survey development, other solution development needs. Ensure accuracy of and meet client expectations for product and solution delivery. Deliver best-in-class HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript front-end code across a broad array of interactive web and mobile projects. Shifts rotations to be observed. Shift continues for 2 weeks at a stretch.,
