Job Description

  • The incumbent will Perform hybridoma high throughput screening using Elisa, FACS and/or Western Blot applications .
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform rodent immunizations, serum and tissue collections
  • Assist in building and maintaining the materials (e.g. cell lysates, cells for flow) required for high throughput hybridoma screening
  • Perform hybridoma high throughput screening using Elisa, FACS and/or Western Blot applications as needed
  • Assist with mammalian cell line maintenance and expansion
  • Assist with lab consumables management
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Strong organisational ability to plan and prioritise work to meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Must be willing to work with small rodents
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Prior experience with aseptic technique.
  • Follow environment, health, and safety (EHS) requirements at all times in the workplace ensuring individual and lab/plant safety.
  • Attend training on environment, health, and safety (EHS) measures imparted company.
Educational Qualification: Candidate with a MSc/MTech in Life sciencesTechnical/functional Skills:
