Emburse values innovation and excellence in technology, providing you with the opportunity to work alongside industry experts to advance your career within the company.**Key Responsibilities:**- Possess 7-9 years of testing experience in a software domain- Demonstrate broad knowledge of Computer Science concepts- Code in at least one language and have exposure to multiple languages, testing frameworks, and tools- Innovate with the latest testing frameworks and improve existing testing processes- Design, write, and implement integration and components; UI testing is not required- Collaborate with various stakeholders to design test and automation opportunities that enhance product quality and customer experience- Identify and report high-quality and complex issues and defects with thorough research- Work with developers to design systems for testability and scalability- Own the CI/CD process from test to production- Contribute to API documentation and participate in peer code reviews- Establish and drive test plans for components, identifying appropriate test methodologies- Identify automation opportunities and define automation tasks for the product roadmap**Qualifications Required:**- Professional experience in working with a test automation framework in Python (e.g., Pytest, Playwright) or equivalent- Proficiency in SQL and experience in designing, writing, and executing manual test cases- Familiarity with source control systems like Git and AWS services- Good understanding of the agile application development lifecycle- Preferred experience working in OS X and Linux environments, scrum, and DevOps environments- Preferred experience with Test Driven Development and functional testingYou should hold a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field, or have equivalent years of experience.
