Your interactions with stakeholders will be pivotal in understanding their requirements and aligning them with the business outcomes, all within agile sprints.**Key Responsibilities**:- Ensure the team and third parties adhere to configuration, development, testing, and methodology standards.- Gather and report detailed performance data to drive improvements in service quality.- Stay updated with the latest technology and software development methodologies.- Promote resilience and responsiveness within the organization by addressing challenges openly and proactively.- Manage technical risks and issues against business requirements.- Drive innovation by exploring new ideas and technologies.**Qualifications Required**:- Creative problem-solving skills and ability to handle stressful situations professionally.- Proficiency in JIRA, REACT, Confluence, and dashboarding technologies. **Desirable Skills**:- Experience in low-code/no-code app development, AI-ML, LLM, RAG, etc.- Familiarity with Agile methodology, Python, Excel macro, Visual Basic, etc.**Experience Expected**:- Proven experience in developing effective procedures and systems requirements.- Hands-on experience in developing applications from scratch.- Familiarity with Agile tools like JIRA and Confluence.About BT Group:BT Group, the worlds first telco, plays a critical role in revolutionizing connectivity in the UK.
