Role Overview:As a Senior Dev/Tech Architect with expertise in Power Platform and AI skills at EY, you will be responsible for architecting and delivering cutting-edge solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. Your role will involve working closely with stakeholders to define requirements and ensure successful deployment of Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI reports. This position requires a deep understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform and the ability to lead projects from conception to completion.Key Responsibilities:- Set up the Microsoft Power Platform/Azure AI environments and related technologies- Define standards/guidelines and drive technology best practices- Establish technical governance and frameworks to manage tenants, environments, users, and COE Kits- Administer security and governance frameworks- Evaluate dependencies and propose DLP policies- Establish communication monitoring and support methodologies- Perform technical assessment to convert existing robotic process automations into MS Power Automate Desktop and lead the follow-through migration opportunity- Conceptualize and develop relevant use cases for client engagements: proof-of-concepts (POC), proof-of-value (POV), proof-of-technology (POT), and production deployments- Lead implementation and deployments leveraging a global delivery team- Ensure flawless delivery by coordinating with business and IT teams across the client- Guide teams in identifying technical risks early in the process- Train, coach, and mentor Citizen Developers (if required) as they use the Microsoft Power Platform tools, providing advice and guidance on best practices and development techniques- Lead the identification and evaluation of alternative solutions- Support issue resolution and provide timely responses and solutions as requiredQualifications Required:- Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in at least one of the programming languages (e.g., .Net, Java, VB, C#/C, HTML/CSS, Python, Web Services)- 4 years of experience as a Microsoft Power Platform architect and successful leadership in implementing Microsoft Power Platform programs- Familiarity with one of the RPA tools and experience in assessing and migrating bots to Power Automate Desktop- Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform components: Power Automate Desktop, Power Automate Cloud Flows, Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse, Virtual Agent/Copilot, etc.- Experience with Azure AI Services and Python- Delivery management experience in leading large global implementations on Microsoft Power Platform implementations- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating experience in running governance at the program management and executive levels- Demonstrated organization skills with a proven ability to manage multiple deliverables, drive outcomes, and problem solve issues- Exceptional client management skills and drive for results- Ability to work collaboratively in a virtual and highly-matrixed environment- Willingness to travel to client locations as per engagement requirementsAdditional Company Details:EY is committed to building a better working world by creating new value for clients, people, society, and the planet while building trust in capital markets.
