Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated HORECA Sales Business Operations Senior Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in sales and business operations with a proven track record of success. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales team, analyzing sales data and metrics, and maintaining relationships with key clients.Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the companys overall goals and objectives
    • Manage and lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and revenue growth
    • Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
    • Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment and efficient business operations
    • Monitor and manage sales performance, including forecasting and budgeting, and report to senior management
    • Implement sales processes and systems to improve efficiency and productivity
    • Provide coaching and training to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance
    • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge
    Requirements:
    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, MBA preferrable but not necessary.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and business operations in selling into the HORECA Industry i.e., project sales, replenishment sales and cash and carry retail sales, with at least 3-5 years in a senior management role.
    • Strong leadership, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
    • Proven track record of developing, implementing successful sales strategies and achieving sales targets.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data and make strategic decisions
    • Ability to work under pressure, achieve sales targets and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
