Requirements Responsible for all Shipping & Forwarding activities of Group in North India. Accountable for P&L & budget nos of the all verticals of the Group. Controlling on AR. Developing & managing strong operational & commercial teams across the north region ensuring the uniformity of the process, quality in accordance with management & regional guidelines. Driving the all verticals and taking personal initiatives in products development in the region including pricing procedures and providing solutions, especially on strategic sales opportunities.
Maintaining good relations with Shipping lines, Airlines and custodians to enhance further profits and to increase the new business probabilities. Ensuring that appropriate operational, commercial and financial KPIs are employed across the region to meet the organisational objectives. Playing a vital role in Project handling team and contributing higher rate of organic growth. An effective communicator with exceptional relationship management skills with ability to relate to people at any level of business. Required Candidate profile Senior resource from freight forwarding, international logistics industry having experience of management entire P&L of North India for Shipping , Freight forwarding, project business. Expert of AR control, customer validation, pricing strategy & other operation activities need to handle. Person with track record of capitalising customer base of north India, branding of company if needed and all other activities which enable to get business , retain customer Job State U.T.
