SR HELP DESK EXECUTIVEQUALIFICATION: - GRADUATIONEXPERIENCE: - 4+YRSJOB DESCRIPTIONHandling housekeeping activities by co-ordination with Housekeeping Supervisors Maintaining various reports like SLA, OLA, Third party payroll reports and other reports Co-ordination and discussion with respective vendors to close the request within agreed SLA Handling Security, CCTV, M&E Manpower and implementing various policies Co-ordination with cafeteria vendors and quality control of food, snacks, and other eating items Co-ordination with new joined employees for his / her ID cards, Access cards and seat allocation Inventory management for asset management Closely monitoring to the security team & providing training to them as per scheduling.
