Job Description

    As Sr. Manager Imaging, you will lead our Digital Image Retouching team to deliver high quality content to inspire our guests on our Digital and other platforms and help them make their purchase decision. To achieve this, you will:
    • Lead a team of Imaging Artists and Contractors in our Target in India office
    • Determine vision, goals and road maps for Imaging Capability, in alignment with the company s strategic priorities. Work with the team to implement the same
    • Work with multiple stakeholders like our Global Photography and Creative Direction teams to deliver world class images
    • Continually drive high operational excellence with your focus on data/metrics, and other Ops excellence practices and tools
    • Drive high productivity, efficiency and quality
    • Focus on team member development & growth through mentoring, Coaching and providing relevant career experiences to the team
    • Develop long term talent strategy to continually elevate the capability. Hire, engage and retain top and diverse talent

    • Minimum 4 year degree or equivalent education
    • 10-12 years of experience leading large design/creative and operational teams
    • Experience in talent management as well as driving operational excellence.
    • Understanding of Imaging space both on the subjective as well as technical fronts
    • Experience or exposure to professional photography will be a plus
    • Experience of scripting and automation in Adobe Photoshop will be a plus
    • Ability to influence partners and stakeholders
    • Work effectively in a cross functional atmosphere by fostering positive, collaborative relationships
    • Clear concise written and verbal communication with team, partners and leaders
    • Demonstrate a growth mindset and are resilient and adaptable
    • Demonstrated experience leading projects and application of project management tools and ability to work in a fast-paced calendar driven environment
    • Experience in leading, coaching and mentoring teams
