Job Description

    Should have Experience in handling Telecollection team of 30 People-the-job Product Training of new joinees Maintain MIS for Allocated Pool Tracking Callers productivity Inspire / motivate callers to achieve targets Sending Pick-up files to FPRs Co-ordinate with product field FPRs Identifying critical cases and act accordingly Prepare strategies for achieving Team targets Coordinate with Collection agencies Handling Escalation calls /agitated customers Performance review of callers on daily weekly monthly basis Plan for absenteeism in the team and ensure smooth work flow Liaise between different departments
