  • Responsible for Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc.
  • Responsible for Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions.
  • Responsible for Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc.
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
  • Managing complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing best talent to the company within set timelines.
  • Arranging & conducting Interviews/Initial screening of the candidates/ helping in recruitment processes.
  • Communicating with all candidates on a regular basis.
  • Maintain contact with the offered candidates till their joining and so on.
Desired Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in recruitment preferred, MBA Freshers with
  • good communications skill can also apply.
  • Hands-on experience on Job Portals preferred.
  • Experience in vendor management and in from
  • consultancy background will be an added advantage
  • Both side non AC cabs and one time free meal
  • Candidates currently pursuing MBA and are in their 4th
  • Semester are also eligible
  • Fresher with specialization in HR only are eligible
