Job Description

We are looking for dynamic individuals who can lead by example and energize those working with them to draw the best out of them

  • Responsible for managing a team of recruiters and their performance.
  • Coordinating with internal and external customers as necessary.
  • Allocating the requirements to the team members, formulating and communicating the strategy to the team to fulfill these requirements.
  • Accountable to achieve the team target as well as the individual targets.
  • Communicating team status, task accomplishment, and direction.
  • Recognizing team and team member accomplishments and exceptional performance.
  • Work on the defined process and refine it as and when required.
  • Correspondence with clients for requirements, scheduling interviews, feedback and follow-up.
    • Desired Profile/Skills:
    • Graduate in any stream, minimum 60% marks in Class XII (best of five subjects).
    • Age between 25 years and 30 years.
    • At least 2-3 years of recruiting experience and at least 1-year experience in managing teams of 3 or more people preferred.
    • Proactive and business oriented, should have a passion for recruiting.
    • Should possess the aptitude and desire to sell.
    • Must have the drive to succeed, energy and persistence to keep going that is the hallmark of a great recruiter.
    • Should possess the ability to manage a team effectively and meet deadlines targets within a fast-paced environment.
    • Should be process oriented.
    • Should possess excellent interviewing and evaluating skills.
    • Self organized with good time management skills. Should have the ability to multitask i.e. manage multiple requirements and deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
    • Target-driven and selfmotivated, must have the ability to function with limited supervision at a demanding pace.
    • Strong verbal, listening, and written communication skills.
    • Basic proficiency with MS Word/Excel/Outlook.
