    Team Leader / AM VISA DELHICTC around 35- 40K monthlyPOSITION TITLE: Team LeaderREPORTS TO: Chief Business OfficerLOCATION: New Delhi, IndiaPosition SummaryThis role requires providing consultation to prospective clients, establishing the correct visa suitability, working as a qualifier, validating the documents & managing the reportsKey ResponsibilitiesPromote the services offered by Elevay XProvide client prospects, keeping in view their preference, with expert advice on residence and citizenship through investment solutionsPrepare and execute meetings with potential clients and partnersFollow on new leads with main focus on conversion.To be able to qualify the clients and do initial due diligence checks to assess suitability and prevent exposure to operational risksTo be able to meet the given targetsRegularly updating themselves to maintain a high level of relevant industry and program knowledge.Keep detailed notes on prospect and client interactions and update the internal & external reports.Essential skillsExperience in a client-facing roleExceptional written and verbal communication skills in English to engage with and present to internal & external stakeholders, with the ability to create and prepare proposalsExcellent negotiation and persuasion skills, including exercising tact and diplomacy at all timesExperience Required:Looking for candidates with 2-3 Yrs. of Experience in immigration counselingEducational Qualif
