To ensure maximum productivity through strategic planning and structuring. To review the productivity and quality of business sourced from cluster through the month and previous months on a weekly basis. Managing highest and minimum leakage of business through process development and quality. Data planning which includes data budgeting , sampling and distribution to all the channels. Driving Optimum productivity per workstation through cross sell of products.,
