Job Description

    Tech Sales Leader Denmark
    • Lead the Tech Sales team to support our customers and our business
    • Collaborate with the Sales Management team to build strategies and ensure that sales objectives are met
    • Work with the marketing and regional Go To Market teams and product managers to provide feedback on Red Hats offerings and technologies
    • Develop and maintain a solid understanding of our portfolio and support our sales team by translating customer needs to the capabilities of Red Hat s offerings
    • Attract talent into the team and develop associates to reach their potential and support the wider Tech Sales teams s hiring objectives
    What you will bring
    • Demonstrated success working in a technical presales role supporting senior sales leaders
    • Experience working as a manager of presales engineers or experience working in a senior solutions architect role
    • Record of developing relationships with developers, technicians, and key business stakeholders within organizations
    • Sales-minded with good commercial insight
    • Background in enterprise IT
    • Effective communication skills with the ability to inspire individuals and teams; experience with public speaking or writing blogs is a plus
    • Ability to support special events including hackathons, conferences, user groups, and other community events
    • Ability to work in a very dynamic environment and passion for continuous learning
