Job Description

    You will be working onsite at customer sites as a Technical Account Manager. Your main responsibility will be to ensure the overall governance and technical service delivery for maximizing the business value of Oracle investments. You will need to become a trusted advisor to the customers, ensuring consistency, quality of deliverables, and successful Oracle technology and Cloud deployments. Some of your key responsibilities will include:- Providing 24/7 support for Oracle production database services- Managing Oracle Engineered Systems such as Exadata and Oracle Database Appliances- Resolving Service Requests and proactive support activities- Creating Root Cause Analysis (RCA) documents- Contributing to Knowledge Management content creation and maintenance- Responding and resolving customer issues within Key Performance Indicator targets- Maintaining product expertise within the team- Developing and maintaining expertise around Oracle Database and OCI- Reporting on potential risks/issues and managing customer escalations- Ensuring all contract-related systems and documentation are up to date- Monitoring and reporting revenue forecast and margin estimatesTo be successful in this role, you should have:- 10 years of strong Oracle Database Administration experience- Experience in managing multiple RDBMS for Enterprise customers and Banks- Deep understanding of Oracle Architecture, RAC, Grid Infrastructure, RMAN, Data Guard/Physical Standby- Experience in Backup and Recovery and Database Performance Tuning- Hands-on experience with Oracle Database Migration and Oracle Enterprise Manager- Working knowledge of Exadata would be an advantage- Oracle Certification, preferably OCP, would be an advantageAs a Technical Account Manager at Oracle, you will play a crucial role in delivering technical services to customers while ensuring their satisfaction and success.
