    • Create content marketing campaigns to drive leads and subscribers Use SEO best practices to generate traffic to our site
    • Regularly produce various content types, including email, social media posts, blogs and white papers
    • Actively manage and promote our blog, and pitch articles to relevant third-party platforms
    • Edit content produced by other members of the team
    • Analyze content marketing metrics and makes changes as needed
    • Colaborate with other departments to create innovative content ideas
    Key Skills and Requirements :
    • Bachelors Degree, preferably in a technical field such as computer science or a focus on English, writing, or communications.
    • 3+ years of technical writing experience in IT industry
    • Strong written and verbal communications and experience working with content in multiple mediums.
    • Experience working cross-departmentally to communicate the nuts and bolts of a product.
    • Strong experience owning an end-to-end documentation creation process.
    • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment.
    • A positive attitude, willing to jump in and tackle new challenges.
