Job Description

    Technology Lead/Technical Architect for DelhiMin. Qualification and Experience requirement:
      • Education: MTech or ME or BTech or BE or MCA or MSc -IT or MSc - C. Sc.
      • Experience: 10+ years in IT industry, at least 6 years in providing technical specifications for IT solutions
    Tech Stack
    • Expertise in Java, Spring, Microservices, APIs ,JBPM (or similar wokflow tool)
    • Expertise in PostgreSQL
    • Expertise on message que like kafka
    • Good to be in Cassandra(NoSQL)
    • Good knowledge on caching tools like redis cache(or similar caching tool)
    • Good to know Docker/containerization
    • Good to know digital healthcare domain.
    Job Descriptiona) Responsible for preparation and reviewing of technical documents for applications (HLDs/LLDs) from use cases/user stories.b) Responsible for reviewing code and HLDs and creating gap analysis report.c) Responsible for using versioning tools, such as SVN, Git, Bitbucket for development activities.d) Responsible for using project management tool like JIRA for assigning/creating tasks.e) Responsible for identifying and initiating the process of technology requirements.f) Responsible for compliance as per meity guidelines, IndEA framework, DSS service standards.g) Responsible for creating and implementing information system audit and control.h) Responsible for working closely with Scrum master/technical manager in creating and assigning tasks.i) Responsible for mentoring the team.j) Responsible for interactions with various stakeholder for feedbacks and signoffs.Responsible for gathering SOW requirements from the Client and converting them into epics, defining Stories and prioritizing the Team Backlog to streamline the execution of project in Agile Environment.k) Responsible for identifying and initiating the process of technology requirements.l) Responsible for preparation of technical documents for applications (data security, data archival, data retrieval etc.).m) Responsible for compliance all the relevant IT Acts, Aadhaar Acts and policies.
